Chief Accountant with Financial Manager functions
Responsibilities:
1. Organization and control of the accounting process of revenue, expenses, operating results, property and equipment, cash flow etc.
2. Responsible for the preparation of monthly financial results, annual budget and forecast, and completion of the reporting requirements (as well P&L, Balance sheet for headquarter)
3. Perform detailed analysis of accounts, prepare month-end reports, and presented findings to top level management
4. Prepare and file the necessary annual tax forms according to company and statutory policies
5. Organization of the expenses and payments control in accordance with the terms of contracts
6. Conduct a review of the monthly Business Activity Statements and balance sheet reconciliations
7. Responsible for monitoring stock levels and performing inventory reconciliations
8. Provide supervision of the annual internal and external audits
9. Responsible for reviewing daily accounts payable run and their authorization
10. Suggestion of modifications and improvements to existing processes and help in the evaluation of such changes
Responsibilities:
1. Organization of accounting process (1C 8.1 - from work with first source documents till reports preparing)
2. Preparing and verification monthly and annual reports in accordance with Ukrainian GAAP
3. Preparing necessary documentation required by the stockholders, government authorities, audits
4. Cooperation with controlling authorities, banks, customers, suppliers
5. Controlling and accounting import operations
6. Payroll accounting process (salary, business trips, employee’s benefits, sick-lists etc.)
7. Accounting of accounts receivables and payables
8. Accounting of expenses and incomes of the reporting period
9. Knowledgeable in legal policies, taxation and accounting.
Responsibilities:
1. Organization of accounting process (1C 7, 8.1 - from work with first source documents till reports preparing)
2. Preparing and verification monthly and annual reports in accordance with Ukrainian GAAP
3. Preparing necessary documentation required by the government authorities
4. Cooperation with controlling authorities, banks, customers, suppliers
