As a Junior Associate, I was involved in the following activities:

• Registration of legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, and public

associations;

• Amendments to the information about legal entities contained in the

Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public

Associations;

• Closure of individual entrepreneurs;

• Obtaining licenses for retail trade of alcoholic beverages and tobacco

products;

• Registration of value added tax and single tax payers;

• Registration of cash registers;

• Obtaining permits for employment in Ukraine;

• Obtaining residence permits in Ukraine;

• Registration of trademarks;

• Interaction with other team members;

• Interaction with clients.

Achievements:

• Registered and made changes for more than 700 legal entities.

• Registered, amended, or initiated the liquidation process for more than 75

individual entrepreneurs.

• Obtained over 55 temporary residence permits in Ukraine for foreigners.

• Filed more than 15 applications for trademark registration, resulting in 13

trademark certificates.
