Organising of the office work: organising of workplaces for staff members, inspection of office equipment and sanitary conditions at the office premises (lighting, ventilation and temperature conditions).
- Development and maintenance of a budget for office expenses.
- Organization of providing the office with stationery, supplies and other inventory necessary for the office (analysis of the need for material and technical support and office maintenance, drawing up plans for stationery, supplies, etc., analysis of proposals).
