I gained solid knowledge and practical skills in project
management. I studied the basics of planning, risk
management, budgeting, and team management, as well as
Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Practical tasks and case
studies helped me understand how to apply these tools in real
projects. Thanks to the course, I learned to approach tasks
more systematically and see the bigger picture of a project.
Organization of document management within the
department at the enterprise;
Conducting briefings with personnel;
Quality control of compliance with civil protection standards
at the enterprise;
Communication with governing bodies related to the
department's activities (District State Administration, State
Emergency Service of Ukraine);
Monitoring the implementation of plans and evaluating work results;
Setting goals and tasks for employees;
Organizing training and development of personnel;
Managing the activities of the company's department;
Preparing reports and analytical materials for senior management
