 Part of job download calls, responsible for requirements (requisitions) gathering, direct client interaction for closure of vanilla and niche roles.

 Providing market insights, intelligence and recruiting trends to clients (on demand).

 Strategic sourcing of profiles through LinkedIn (hands-on on creating effective searches and sourcing profiles through LinkedIn Recruiter Professional Services License), Job Boards and Social Media platforms. Sourced talent across domains and technology stacks.
