ASSOCIATE TO JOIN IT DISPUTES PRACTICE
We are looking for a highly motivated Associate to join IT Disputes Practice.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Participate in local/regional/global projects as a member of the team;
• Legal research and analysis of Ukrainian and foreign case law;
• Contractual work, document review, drafting various documents (case summaries, commentaries, procedural documents);
• Translation of various documents from Ukrainian to English and vice versa.
• Support members of the team in ongoing cases and proceedings;
REQUIREMENTS:
• Degree in law is a must from reputable Ukrainian university; LL.M. from foreign university will be considered as an advantage;
• Not less than 2 years of work experience at a reputable local or international law firm;
• Participation in moot courts, passion for international/alternative dispute resolution;
• Excellent command in both Ukrainian and legal English (both verbal and writing);
• Proficient computer skills, especially in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, Databases and research tools;
• Strong time management and organizational skills, attention to details;
• Resilience and tenacity – able to remain effective and focused under pressure;
• Results-driven personality;
• Team player.
