QA Madness is a European IT service company with a strong focus on QA and cyber security. The company was founded in 2013 and is headquartered in Vilnius, Lithuania.
Currently, we are searching for a responsible and self-motivated Client Care Manager to become a great addition to our Sales and Marketing Team. The position involves reporting to our Head of Client Relations and assisting with daily tasks. Training and support are provided.
- At least 1y of experience of communication with the clients preferably in IT sphere;
- Strategic and problem-solving mindset;
- Strong Intermediate English and higher;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Perseverance, attention to detail, good at routine work, desire to learn.
- Assistance to the Head of Client Relations in routine tasks;
- Assistance with CRM maintenance;
- Gather feedback, create invoices for clients;
- As the skills improve, the transition to direct work with client;
- Act as a liaison between the client and QA team;
- Develop a high level of knowledge and understanding of the clients’ needs, and the capacity of the team and the business to meet and exceed the clients’ expectations;
- Keep up with industry news, trends and best practices;
- Onboarding and support of new clients;
- Maintain warm and friendly relationships with all the clients and QA team.
