Agrokemia Sellye Zrt is one of the fastest growing chemical companies in Hungary.
We specialize in the production of high-quality crop protection products.
Our company has long-term relationships in the CIS countries as well as in the MENA region. Our activities include the development and production of pesticides, automotive fluids, surface and hand sanitizers, etc. We have a long-standing relationship with the MENA region.
Main responsibilities of the position:
- Quality control of samples in accordance with developed methods using HPLC and GC techniques;
- Validation and verification of quality control methods and preparation of validation reports;
- Maintaining laboratory documentation and reporting;
- Sampling and preparation of samples of materials or chemical environments for analysis;
- Development and modification of analytical techniques to improve the accuracy, sensitivity, or efficiency of studies; implementation of new analytical methods;
- Preparing requests for reagents and materials required for testing within the field of activity;
- Participation in laboratory testing (Karl Fischer titration, measurement of density and particle distribution, IR, viscosity and stability testing).
What are we looking for in a candidate?
- Higher education in chemistry or chemical technology;
- Knowledge of basic physicochemical analysis methods;
- Еxperience in the development and validation of analytical methods
- Proficiency in MS Office;
- English (Full Professional);
- Analytical thinking, meticulousness and attention to detail
- Flexible and proactive approach to work tasks.
What we consider an advantage:
Knowledge in preparative chemistry
Experience with chromatographs (GC, HPLC, including mass-selective detectors) is desirable
Experience in microcapsule design and development
Work experience of more than 3 years
