Lovat is a comprehensive solution for global VAT/sales tax obligations. Lovat helps online businesses to register, prepare, and submit VAT/sales tax returns automatically and accurately. Lovat also specializes in helping companies comply with EPR regulations.
We are looking for a Compliance Support Manager to join our team. As a Compliance Support Manager, you will be responsible for:
• Managing and overseeing the documents of the company and clients, ensuring that they are created, signed, and stored properly
• Providing full support to the company customers, including:
• Processing the client requests received through various communication and sales channels
• Onboarding clients, holding demos of the company services
• Supporting clients through different steps of the sales cycle
• Translating from Spanish to English and from English to Spanish
The ideal candidate should have:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently and in a team
The job offer includes:
• A remote work opportunity with flexible hours
• A probationary period of 3 months
• A chance to work in a dynamic and diverse environment with a friendly and supportive team
Monthly Base Salary:
First Month: 500-1000 EUR gross
Second Month: 500-1000 EUR gross + KPI (dependent on sales volume)
