Job Posting: Part-Time Performance Marketing Manager
Position: Performance Marketing Manager (Part-Time)
Hours: 4 hours/day, Monday - Friday
Salary: $450/month
About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our team part-time, dedicated to optimizing ad campaigns across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone skilled in paid media, lead generation, and affiliate marketing, looking to make a measurable impact on our growth. You’ll manage and fine-tune our marketing channels, including Meta, Google, and TikTok, to drive high-quality leads and boost conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok to maximize ROI and brand visibility.
•
Lead Generation Expertise: Develop strategies and run campaigns to effectively attract and convert high-quality leads.
•
Affiliate Marketing Execution: Implement and refine affiliate marketing strategies to expand reach, engagement, and conversion rates through partnerships.
Requirements:
•
Experience in Performance Marketing: Demonstrated experience in Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
•
Lead Generation Skills: Strong background in designing and executing lead generation campaigns.
•
Affiliate Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with affiliate marketing principles and methods for optimizing affiliate relationships.
