Now about our requirements for the specialist we are looking for:
- Fluency in Ukrainian, English - at least C1 Advanced level (oral and written communication).
- Specialized higher or basic higher education.
- At least 3 years of experience (experience in a managerial position will be an added advantage).
- Budget Management.
- Аbility to perform competitive analysis.
- Motivated to develop and result-oriented, able to plan and implement this plan independently.
- The ability to find optimal solutions and complete tasks.
- Be with the means of power supply, our work requires always being in touch, having the Internet and charged office equipment, according to the work schedule, regardless of whether there is light or not!
Key Responsibilities:
- Development and improvement of platform functionality.
- Defining the product vision and strategy for Sempico Solutions' CPaaS platform, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, сlose cooperation with the marketing team, and sales, to drive the development and enhancement of CPaaS solutions.
- Prioritizing product features and development tasks based on customer needs, market research, and business priorities.
- Discussing financial obligations imposed on Sempico Solutions by partners, and finding ways to minimize such costs.
- Managing the product backlog, ensuring features are clearly defined, well-prioritized, and aligned with overall strategy.
- Acquiring new clients and supporting existing ones.
- Increasing the portfolio of the company's clients.
- Search for and negotiation with strategic partners.
- Conducting regular market analysis to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer requirements.
- Conducting presentations for clients.
- Engaging with customers and partners to gather feedback, understand pain points, and integrate insights into the product development process.
- Support of contracts with partners.
- Monitoring the readiness, uninterrupted operation, and coordination of Sempico Solutions' technical infrastructure for terminating SMS messages via CPaaS.
- Ensuring that the CPaaS platform is scalable, reliable, and meets the highest standards of performance and security.
- Coordinating product launches and ensuring the successful rollout of new features or updates to customers.
- Monitoring KPIs to measure product performance and making data-driven decisions to drive improvements.
- Presentation of the company and product at international conferences and exhibitions.
- Creation and recording of video lessons/video guide.
- Acting as the main point of contact for all CPaaS-related queries within the organization, providing expertise and guidance as needed.
