We’re looking for a Middle UI/UX Designer who will be responsible for delivering high-quality UI/UX design services to support our clients. Someone with digital and multi-media design experience and knowledge of creative design applications. Who is honest, hard-working, responsible, committed to detail, and clear communications to become part of the Greensighter UI/UX Agency team. Specialization: UI/UX Designer 

Location: Remote 

Engagement: Full-time role 

Level: Middle-Senior (3+ year of experience)

Salary range: 20,000 - 40,000 UAH

What you'll do

• Design projects end to end, from research and discovery to conceptualization and visual design

• Create simple, innovative, stylish, and user-friendly designs for web and mobile user interfaces.

• Create wireframes, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

• Lead the identification and understanding of user requirements, business goals, and technical capabilities from a UI/UX perspective.

• Stay updated on competitor products and industry trends.

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience as a UI/UX Designer.

• Strong portfolio showing a range of work across UI/UX

• High level of visual design skills and execution of design principles

• Competent in designing for multiple platforms (web, mobile)

• Expert level in Figma.

• Knowledge of Graphic Design basis (Photoshop & Illustrator is a must).

• Previous experience with design systems.

• Highly motivated self-starter with a strong eye for detail.

• Excited and energized to build from scratch

• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders

• Good time-management skill

• English knowledge, to read and understand the project briefs
