Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer to join our remote team. As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our web applications. Your designs will play a critical role in shaping the user experience and overall aesthetics of our revolutionary system.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and user needs.

- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and interactions.

- Design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces that align with the company's brand and design guidelines.

- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on design concepts.

- Ensure seamless and intuitive navigation through information architecture and interaction design.

- Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs.

- Stay updated on the latest UX/UI design trends and best practices, applying them to enhance our applications continuously.

- Advocate for user-centered design principles, championing the user's perspective in design decisions.

- Assist in the creation and maintenance of design documentation and style guides.

Compensation:

As a UX/UI Designer at RI Software Company, you will be compensated through our partnership model. We do not offer a traditional salary but instead provide a unique opportunity for partnership and profit sharing.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects.

- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.

- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

- Ability to conduct user research, gather insights, and apply feedback to improve designs.

- Strong understanding of responsive design and designing for various devices and screen sizes.

- Familiarity with front-end development principles and collaboration with development teams.

- Excellent visual design skills with an eye for aesthetics, layout, and typography.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a remote team environment.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively convey design concepts to stakeholders.

Additional Information:

- This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in the world.

- Working hours are flexible, with an average expectation of approximately 14 hours per week based on task completion.

- Developer meetings are held every Monday and Friday at 2.30pm New York time zone for front-end and back-end developers, respectively.

- Daily reports with 2-3 sentences about the day's activities and a short video demonstration must be submitted by 3 pm New York time zone.
