• Customer Support Representative at the outsource company. The main responsibilities were: to provide support for existing and new clients via chat, email, ticket systems and phone, consult clients about products, discounts, payment options of different projects at the outsource company, help to resolve difficult or problematical issues, finding solutions to any customers’ requests (order, delivery, returns and claims), worked at AppSolutions, Jewellery project, HardWare systems. Handle other tasks in the CRM system and admin panels.
• Have the experience of the lead generation (research contact information for sales leads, work with various online tools and databases to enrich leads).
• Also, worked with international educational services (clients support).
