## Manage a Portfolio of Rental Businesses in the USA from CIS Region

Company Location: Miami, Florida, USA
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (Miami time) — 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM Moscow time
Format: Fully remote reporting directly to CEO

## ABOUT THE COMPANY

US-based holding company with a portfolio of rental businesses seeks an experienced Chief Operating Officer to manage and scale operations. The company is officially registered in Florida, operates in the American market with US clients and partners.

Our Portfolio:
- Active vehicle fleet integrated with the largest US rental platform
- Marine rental business with premium assets
- Media and educational projects
- Real estate investment plans

## WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

An experienced operations executive who can:

✓ Systematize chaos - take 500+ scattered processes and build a working machine
✓ Manage distributed teams - coordinate 8-10 people across different time zones
✓ Control execution - from task assignment to result delivery
✓ Handle US compliance — licenses, insurance, taxes, documentation
✓ Think like a partner — make decisions for business growth, not just checkboxes

## YOUR TEAM DYNAMICS

Important: You'll manage a bilingual team where:
- 50% are English-speaking staff (US-based operations, partners, vendors)
- 50% are Russian-speaking staff (remote support, virtual assistants)
- All critical documentation and client communication is in English
- Internal operations can be conducted in both languages
- You must be fluent in both to effectively lead this diverse team

## YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations Management:
- Build and control execution of 240+ business processes
- Manage a team of 8-10 people (local US staff and remote team members)
- Implement control and reporting systems
- Ensure seamless operations across all business lines

Business Development:
- Scale existing business lines
- Optimize operational expenses
- Implement new technologies and automation
- Build partnership relationships

Working with CEO:
- Daily operational sync-ups
- Weekly strategic sessions
- Quick resolution of critical issues
- Full transparency and reporting

## MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

- COO/Operations Director experience - minimum 5 years
- English language - fluent spoken and written (must handle US partners)
- Russian language - fluent (to manage CIS team members)

- Team management experience - 10+ minimum people
- Commitment to 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM MSK schedule - this is critical
- Western company experience - strong advantage
