We are looking for a motivated and proactive Junior Recruiter who is eager to grow in the field of talent acquisition. In this role, you’ll get hands-on experience working with diverse positions across different markets.

Requirements:
— 0-6 months of commercial experience in the position of Researcher or Recruiter.
— Courses in recruiting; self-study of recruiting theory and HR processes; self-filling out sourcing.
— Well-developed communication, negotiation and objection handling skills.
— Knowledge of English at the upper-intermediate level (to enable oral communication).
Responsibilities:
— Sourcing and screening candidates for open positions.
— Conducting interviews.
— Working with external platforms (LinkedIn, DOU, Djinni, etc.).
— Maintaining and expanding the internal candidate database in the ATS system.
— Managing recruitment funnel reporting.
— Utilizing various tools in work, including AI.
