Are you an experienced lead generator? Do you enjoy the process of lead generation, but were forced to, or are thinking of, transitioning into Sales or PM because there is no career growth as a lead generator? Do you wish you could keep improving as a lead generator and be rewarded for it? If you've answered yes, then we have a place for you on our team!
There's a problem with lead generation in the IT industry in Ukraine. Most lead generators take the job to get into the IT industry and do not have much experience. When they gain experience, they usually transition into Sales or Project Management because companies do not offer career growth as a lead generator. We are attempting to solve that!
Who we are looking for:
We want someone who is truly excited about lead generation. Ideally you already know lead generation and understand ideal client profiles, how to look for them, and evaluate whether they are the right fit, even before engaging them in conversation!
You should want to improve yourself specifically in the area of lead generation - we do not want you to become a salesperson!
We want someone capable of problem solving and abstract thinking, to not only do the tasks you're told to, but bring your own original ideas to the table.
Your responsibilities will be looking for clients, engaging them in conversation through an initial email or message, and handing the lead off to a sales manager when the lead shows interest. If you're able to qualify the lead before handing it off to the sales manager as well, that would be amazing!
What we're offering:
We're offering a career path as a lead generator. With Junior, Middle, Senior, and Team Lead, lead generation positions, each with more responsibility and higher pay/bonuses.
