We are looking for an ambitious leader to transform a diversified holding with revenue of $55,000/month 

ABOUT THE POSSIBILITY

Our directions: 

- Turo - $40,000/month revenue (car sharing) 

- JetSki - $13,000/month revenue (water transport) 

- YouTube channel - a developing media project 

- Infobusiness - 100% marginality 

- Development - new projects in real estate 

YOUR MISSION 

You will become the founder's right hand and take over the operational 

management of the entire holding. Your goal is to increase profits from the current $10,800 to 

$35-40,000 per month for the first 90 days, freeing up the founder for strategic 

work. 

Key tasks: 

Optimization of operations in all areas of business 

Automation of processes and implementation of systems 

Formation and management of a team of specialists 

Strategic planning and execution 

Creating synergies between areas 

WHAT WE OFFER 

Compensation: 

Base salary: $2,000/month 

Percentage of growth: 25% of profit growth (up to $4,500+/month) 

Bonuses: Up to $5,000/quarter + $10,000/year 

Equity: 3-5% stake in the holding (4-year vesting) 

Potential Income: $100,000-120,000/year

Experience with digital platforms (Turo, Airbnb, etc.)
