We are currently looking for a skilled HelpDesk Engineer to join our dynamic Promova team. In this role, your main objective will be to provide technical support to colleagues.
YOUR AREA OF IMPACT:
- Support for network equipment and ensuring uninterrupted operation of the office's technical infrastructure.
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of employees' software and hardware.
- Administration of corporate licenses and access to systems.
- Configuration, process optimization, and integration of Jira with other tools.
- Implementation of data protection measures and employee training in cybersecurity.
- Maintaining a registry of services and implementing policies for handling corporate data.
- Monitoring resources, auditing equipment, and minimizing risks.
ABOUT YOU:
- At least 1 year of experience as a System Administrator or HelpDesk Engineer.
- Proficiency in administering Jira/Confluence and Google Workspace.
- Experience in administering macOS, Linux, and Windows.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles and their critical importance.
- Strong problem-solving and technical writing skills.
- Basic knowledge of network technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- English level of Intermediate or higher.
