We are currently looking for a skilled HelpDesk Engineer to join our dynamic Promova team. In this role, your main objective will be to provide technical support to colleagues.

YOUR AREA OF IMPACT:

• Support for network equipment and ensuring uninterrupted operation of the office's technical infrastructure.
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of employees' software and hardware.
• Administration of corporate licenses and access to systems.
• Configuration, process optimization, and integration of Jira with other tools.
• Implementation of data protection measures and employee training in cybersecurity.
• Maintaining a registry of services and implementing policies for handling corporate data.
• Monitoring resources, auditing equipment, and minimizing risks.

ABOUT YOU:

• At least 1 year of experience as a System Administrator or HelpDesk Engineer.
• Proficiency in administering Jira/Confluence and Google Workspace.
• Experience in administering macOS, Linux, and Windows.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles and their critical importance.
• Strong problem-solving and technical writing skills.
• Basic knowledge of network technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• English level of Intermediate or higher.
