UTA possesses strong knowledge and experience, as well as credible experts in the following disciplines:
- Project Management: Conceptual phase, Startup evaluation and preliminary business modeling, Project Feasibility, Planning, Permitting, Implementation, QA, Commissioning, O&M, dedicated PIU support, stakeholders engagement;
- Engineering: Transmission and Distribution, Renewables (Wind, Solar, Biomass other RES and Waste), Grid Impact Studies, District Heating, Energy efficiency in buildings, Water/Wastewater and other municipal infrastructure;
- Procurement: International — IBRD, EBRD, NEFCO, FIDIC, EIB and Local procedures;
- Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA): Environmental assessment, Waste management permitting, EBRD’s GET principles, ESP, PR Compliance, etc.;
- Construction Supervision: Certified and experienced technical supervisors;
