Requirements
- Be able to work independently
- Higher education (Sales, customer support, operations)
- Minimum 1 years of work experience in a similar position
- Experience in sales on US market will be a great advantage
- Fluent English
- Willingness to work by US time belt
- Digital dexterity and excellent computer skills (Excel, MS Office, MS Teams, among others)
Responsibilities
- Working with incoming leads (calls, chat, e-mail, etc.) - perfect 1st hand is required
- Correct filling CRM
- Outbound calls on a hot base
- Product consultation
- Price making
- Smart tasks
- Support technician workers
