SWIDOM is looking for a skilled operations manager to join our team.

We are the largest end-to-end international blockchain agency based in Kyiv, focused on fundraising, raised more than $150m for projects like NAGA, BANKEX, and many others. Additionally, having over 200 service providers in our network, we develop strategy for our clients in token sale, marketing, PR areas and provide all types of services ranging from business development to community management. We need a person who can help our team to manage the processes and day-to-day operations.

You will be involved in:

construction of effective business-processes
development of the planning system for the week / month / year
development and compliance with the achievement of KPI
management of the budget, human and time resources to get the projects done
Coordination of the sales team through management of the CRM system
Management of the office, social media, website, email.
Events and conferences organization.

You will develop your skills here in many directions indeed :)
