Gameloft is one of the largest international game development company, start looking for HR Assistant / Researcher for its Kharkov Office due to increase of HR Dept.
Our best candidate:
- Self-driven and result orientated person;
- Has good communication and persuasion skills;
- Has good knowledge of recruitment techniques;
- Has good written and spoken English;
- Can easily organize working time and processes he\she is responsible for;
- Able to find non-standard solutions for complicated cases and implement new ideas;
- Team player, able to work under pressure and meet the deadlines
- Searching for new talents and organization of recruitment database;
- Making cold calls to attract new candidates;
- Scheduling/providing first interviews;
- Working with internal reports and tools;
- Working with current employees and provide HR solutions;
- Representing the company in different external HR events;
- Creating content for presentations and publications (both internal and external);
- Preparation of POS materials for HR activities;
- Participation in administrative activities of HR team, including corporate events organization;
- Development and support of current company standards and brand.
