Sales Manager will be in charge of growing new accounts, creation and improvement of USP & ICP’s, cold sequences generation, following the qualified leads from outbound through all stages of the sales pipeline and effectively closing the deals.
Requirements:
- Understanding the process of IT outstaffing
- Experience of working in IT for Western market – at least 2 years
- Proficient English verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, strong relationship builder
- Results-driven, fast learner and able to manage time effectively
Duties:
- Actively develop and maintain sales strategies and ICP’s.
- Proactively build sales through outbound lead prospecting
- Develop and close qualified opportunities while maintaining a strong margin
- Engage prospective customers via all channels
- Achieve all performance-based quotas and KPI’s in prospects, leads, and contracts
- Maintain and Expand database of prospects
- Develop and grow key relationships with enterprise level clients
- Properly document all activity via company CRM tool
- Closely cooperate with lead generation team
