Опис вакансії
We are looking for a highly motivated Associate to join International Tax Planning and Corporate Structuring Department.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participate in global and local projects as a team member;
- Advising on international and local tax, employment law, contractual, labor and regulatory law matters;
- Opening bank accounts for non-residents;
- Registration of non-resident companies;
- Communication with government agencies, clients, and contractors;
- Legal risk assessment, development of legal schemes to minimize possible risks in the course of business activities and individual transactions;
- Reviewing/preparing/updating legal documents;
- Negotiating agreements with clients;
- Assisting with resolution of current legal issues;
- Reviewing documents' compliance with applicable legislation;
- Managing of contractors for the client issues.
- Monitoring legislation (amendments to legislation), court practice and providing recommendations on their application;
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in law is a must;
- Not less than 2 years of work experience in reputable local or international law firm;
- Relevant experience in Tax department (with international taxes will be a plus);
- Excellent knowledge of legislation;
- Knowledge of the international business law;
- Fluent English is a must;
- Experience in working with non-resident companies (offshore, onshore) is desirable
- Experience in supporting the opening of bank accounts for non-residents is desirable;
- Experience in registration and support of non-resident companies is desirable.
