British based company, charter broker, lieder in a business segment, is hiring an Accounts Assistant to join our Financial Operations team. Our new teammate will handle and monitor current financial operations and be in touch with other departments to ensure efficient running of business processes.

Job type: Full time; remote

Responsibilities:

Managing incoming and outgoing payments
Accurate bookkeeping: recording all types of activities in XERO
Processing outgoing payments on daily basis
Handling incoming accounting requests from other departments (via emails), offering timely & efficient assistance

Requirements:

Accounting experience at least 2years
Degree in Accounting / Finance
Advanced / Upper Intermediate level of English is a must
Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
Analytical skills and attention to details
Time management skills
