Вимоги:
As an administrative assistant, you will work closely with the head of our admin team in all administrative matters of our Polish business unit. You will mainly be responsible for the administration of our Polish business unit. This mainly includes: creating outgoing invoices for our Polish customers, maintaining documents and communicating with our Polish tax office. This communication includes providing the necessary information for the tax consultants, such as salary information, employment contracts and incoming as well as outgoing invoices. In addition, you are responsible for all payment matters (e.g. salary slips and other employee requests such as cost transfers for hardware equipment) and for sending letters or other hardware equipment to our employees.

Обов'язки:
Your main tasks
- You support the administrative processes, i.e. you ensure that important documents are signed and sent, etc.
- You create and check all outgoing customer invoices
- You send payment reminders and termination letters
- You support the onboarding of new employees by shipping the hardware
- You support the management and our (external) accountant with (simple) accounting and financial planning tasks.
- You plan and organize business meetings and trips as well as team events (if required) for the whole team.
- Supporting the management and the team with tasks that arise
- Control of the Admin Mailbox
- Contact person to our customers and employees in Poland
- In addition, you support document management and sort documents digitally.
Умови:
WHAT WE EXPECT
- Completed Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (e.g. Business Administration / International Business or others)
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience as an office administrator or in a similar position
- Basic knowledge of payroll accounting and bookkeeping is desirable
- A high degree of structure and independence
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- High degree of accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Good knowledge of English (B2 or higher)
- Polish as mother tongue
PREFERRED SKILLS & CERTIFICATES
- German language skills advantageous
