CheckItOut.AI is a leading affiliate marketing advertizer specializing in data-driven performance and innovative advertising solutions. Our mission is to create long-lasting, successful partnerships with publishers to drive growth and profitability.
We are seeking an Affiliate Manager to join our team and help us continue to grow and expand our business. As the Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with key partners and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships. You will work closely with the executive team to identify and develop new partnership opportunities that align with the company's growth objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
Identify and cultivate new partnership opportunities with industry leaders.
Build and maintain relationships with key partners, including negotiation and management of partnership agreements.
Collaborate cross-functionally with the operations teams to ensure the seamless execution of partnerships.
Onboard the business into all accessible networks.
Analyze the performance of partnerships and provide regular reports to the executive team.
Collaborate closely with the product team to identify and develop new products and services that align with partnership objectives.
Stay informed about industry trends and spot new opportunities for partnership growth.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Russian speaker (professional proficiency)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (desirable)
3 +years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or sales
Proven track record of successfully identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience in the affiliate marketing space

Compensation, it will consist of a flat monthly salary (up to $3K) + commission per number of sales (which is expected to make another thousand per month) + individual commission (which is the most attractive part, tied to the number of sales within the brought company). Thus, the overall income may easily be up to 8K and even more depending on performance, equirements, wishes:
