Company Confidential - Will provide more details upon application. A big leading European (Ukrainian) engineering manufacturer of electrotechnical products is seeking an experienced bilingual Director of distribution company (Russian/English language) to joint to its North American distribution division. A company with more than 15+ yrs in the industry and a strong team with years of industry experience. Head office and manufacturing facilities (more than 2100 people workforce) are located in Ukraine. Production is certified by ISO 9001:2000, by ETL, AMCA, HVI, EnergyStar. UL inspectors do visit company production on regular basis. Company exports products to 96 countries all over the world. There are subsidiaries in four countries (Russia, Poland, Hungary and the US). Subsidiary in US is a member of HARDI and AIM / R associations. The company needs to attract a strong, outgoing manager with 5 + sales experience HVAC. Responsibilities: • Manage a process of planning and organizing of distribution company activity for promotion and sales of products (В2В, В2С). • Create, develop and manage the distribution structure of the company. • Provide market research, sales analysis and forecasting, set goals and new business prospects accordingly. • Coordinate the selection, hire and development of personnel in accordance with company procedures. • Develop sales by coordinating requirements, negotiating contracts and integrating contract requirements with business operations. • Budgeting for the company, analyze and controls expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements. • Meet sales volumes according to sales plans. Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of key account sales management and promotions experience in HVAC industry. • Bachelor's Degree in business, management, marketing or a related field, or an equivalent combination of experience and training. • Strong knowledge of client relations, account management, and distribution channels. • Thorough understanding of business conditions across products, customers, and divisions. • Bilingual English and Russian fluency a must • Excellent public relations and presentation skills. • Works well in a team environment. • Strong oral and written communication abilities. • Solid analytical, technical, and problem solving skills. • Able to use all related hardware and software including database and spreadsheet applications. This is full-time position. Probation period is 3 months. We offer: Base salary commensurate with experience, comprehensive benefits package. Location: Cincinnati, OH.
