We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled full-time remote bookkeeper to join our outstanding team. If you are ready to go, it is your chance to be part of a KHL bookkeeping family that values knowledge and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle monthly records in the client’s books (QBO)
- Ensure accuracy in the General Ledger, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including Profit and Loss (PL) and Balance Sheets (BS)
- Reconcile bank accounts, monthly closings and perform variance analyses
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with your team
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper min 1 year
- Strong knowledge and experience in QuickBooks Online (QBO), MS Office 365, Bitrix24, Dropbox, Google Drive
- Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Ready to take on challenges and contribute to the team’s success
Benefits:
- Competitive salary with an annual bonus. The salary will depend on the number of clients (a maximum of 15 monthly clients) and the level of responsibility. The first month will be probation (10 monthly clients)
