Construction project manager (Warsaw, Poland)
IRES –
Ukrainian provider of Project Management and Integrated Facility
Management services for international corporate accounts (commercial
real estate).
IRES Project Management department is looking for new team member (Construction Project Manager) for project instruction in Poland (Warsaw), which would potentially take 4-5 months.
Our client is global high tech company, which have the offices in Israel, Ukraine, Poland and some other countries.
Office space of our client in Poland (Warsaw) is newly-built. There is the list of changes (projects) to be implemented in the office space.
Our new team member will be constantly allocated at the site (Client's office is at one of the centrally located business center of Warsaw). Working station will be provided. It is the work with 100% allocation in the office space of our Client during working day.
The main tasks of Warsaw IRES Construction PM manager:
- to understand the tasks, positioned by Client in details;
- to be in constant contact with Kyiv PM team re the tasks execution. The reporting is to Playtika head IRES PM Manager, who is in Ukraine;
- to deal with the Landlord facility management department of Business Center in Warsaw, the client office is allocated in;
- to maintain good working relationships with detail design developer as well as with contractors, which are selected by Client to execute the different projects;
- to coordinate the status conference calls with participation of Kyiv PM team, Client, respective third party vendor;
- to make her/his best to deliver Client’s tasks in accordance to the agreed deadlines.
The requirements to new colleague (key knowledge and skills):
- to have practical experience re leading of the projects related to development of detail design and/or execution of construction works in office spaces with size of 2,000 m2+;
- to have a background of architect or detail design project engineer to be able to read the detail design documentations, drawings, make necessary comments and explanations.
- to be able to lead the operational process. Active communications with involved participants is the key to move the projects forward.
Who can be potential candidates (presumably meeting of the criteria set up):
- colleagues, who are now live/or temporarily allocated in Poland;
- colleagues, who are currently in Ukraine but ready to move to Warsaw for 4-5 months of the project lead time.
- The motivation package will be discussed with a candidate based on available experience and skills.
