We are a fast-growing young team looking for a new English-speaking Customer Service Representative. We have been on the market since 2019, expanding our potential and capabilities, and now we need to replenish our professional team.
Core skills:
Good English, both spoken and written (higher than upper-intermediate level);
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
Ability to work and multitask in a fast-paced environment;
Basic knowledge of computer programs;
Responsibility;
Analytical mindset;
Job Responsibilities:
Providing time-critical technical updates in CRM;
Preparing and reviewing required documentation;
Promptly processing orders in the CRM system, keeping customers information and orders;
Communication with the team/meeting via Zoom and at the office;
