Requirements:
- Experience working in an equivalent position (preferably);
- Excellent communication skills;
- Advanced written and spoken English;
- Good understanding of how to work with clients;
- Experience working with native English speakers.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with existing customers;
- Get new projects started;
- Develop project’s strategies and manage campaigns
- Organize customer service at the highest level;
- Assign tasks to the members of the team;
- Cooperate with other teams to reach goals;
- Work on outreach campaigns for clients;
- Provide feedback to the client about the work done;
- Ensure high team performance;
- Get feedback and scores from clients;
- Analyze the success of the project, search for the ways to improve company’s performance;
- Handle complaints and issues.
