Duties:
- search for suitable cargo/freight;
- Communication with clients by phone (IP-telephony), chats, e-mail;
- solving current problems;
- Work from home (with the possibility of later moving to the office).
What we require:
- Customer Service background or understanding of the industry coped with the willingness to learn and develop
- Above average level of English (Upper and higher)
- Quick internet, quiet and convenient workspace,
- Experience in working with CRM systems that involve tickets
- Understanding of Customer Service courtesy and etiquette
- High ethics of working remotely is a must
Schedule from Monday to Friday 15: 30-24: 00 (Floating). (Perhaps earlier, if all the work is done, it depends on the workload and the day of the week).
