Key Accountabilities
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Thought leadership
• Provide thought leadership in digital experience marketing by fully leveraging the digital ecosystem to drive business/brand results
• Craft and implement a comprehensive and innovative digital marketing and e-commerce across all digital elements such as web, mobile, search, social, data management
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
• Make strong data-drive recommendation to help propel business forward: Leverage and analyze “big data” from social listening, web/campaign tracking, competitive monitoring, media and other partners to explore deep-insights of consumers, to inform market strategy, predict future lead behavior, and to more precisely reach core consumers in right context via programmatic buying
Digital experience and E-commerce revenue
Duties:
• Passionate and savvy in digital world and online B2B industry
• Extensive experience in E-commerce, digital product / platform operation and brand marketing functions
• Proven experience in launching and managing digital products / platforms in China with end-to-end marketing / operation leadership experience
• Negotiation and partner management skills
• Self-motivated, results driven, strong learning agility and attention to details
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen
• Great story telling capability and experience interfacing effectively with different levels of management, as well as internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent English and Chinese both in oral and written
