Project description:
Dev-Pro Operations Department plays a key role in budgeting and controlling costs. It is responsible for business forecasts and financil reporting in the company. In cooperation with other Departments Operations Department helps to establish procedures and put them into effect.

Role description:
Financial Operations Manager will have the following activities:
• Monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting;
• Support organisation decisions with revenue forecasting and other financial performance projections;
• Financial processes automation and improvement.

Required skills:
• Work experience in IT company 2 years;
• Financial background and experience;
• Intermediate English;
• Knowledge of Ukranian and USA accounting principles;
• Experience in integration accounting systems and processes automation;
• Experiense in processes set up and improvement;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Strong attention to details;
• Result-oriented;
• Good organizational and communication skills.
