Project description:
HR team is aimed to organize work processes, motivate teams, help team members to build productive relationships, etc. We do our best to support the company mission and goals. Our team is carrying out all the circle of HR processes from the start day of a newcomer until the last day in the Company.
Role description:
• Set up new and support existing HR processes withing the Company
• Hold adaptation for new team members
• Termination process
• Help with team building organization
Required skills:
• Previous experience in Human Resources Management (0.5-1 years)
• Relationship management
• Highly developed listening and communication skills
• Problem solving through analysis, facilitation
• Ability to work under pressure and deal with people under stress
• Influencing and negotiating
• Upper-Intermediate English
Desired skills:
• Strategic thinking and planning
• Purpose-oriented
