Requirements:
- English level (intermediate)
- Experience in Linux servers administration
- Microsoft Windows 2008−2012 Servers knowledge and experience is preferable.
- Knowledge/experience of basic Internet services/protocols and their Linux implementations (DNS, HTTP (S), SSH, SMTP (S), FTP, FISH)
- Understanding of virtualization technologies' differences, experience with either of modern virtualization solutions' as an advantage.
- Experience/knowledge of Jira, Zendesk, Zabbix is preferable
- Easy to communicate, easy to learn, analytical thinking
Responsibilities:
- Providing the L2 24|7 awesome technical support for the partners.
- Processing & triaging incoming requests for the technical support service
- Research, diagnose (testing, identifying and documenting of a mistake reason and riddance steps), troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
- Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams with proper problems registration and description
- Providing prompt and accurate feedback to customers
- Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues
- Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles
