We are looking for motivated and hardworking people for our Recruiting team.

We provide a career-based learning experience that involves a «real world» work environment and standard workplace expectations. We show you how to recruit competent and skillful people, how to manage your working hours remotely, and how to be successful and only those who are really passionate about this profession will join our team.

What You Bring to the Team:

• You may not have any recruiting or staffing experience, but you want to learn and develop in the recruitment industry
• You should be a proactive person
• You should be a skilled communicator
• You are able to work autonomously
• You have an upper-intermediate level of English or higher

Your Day-to-Day:

• Creating and posting the job descriptions on various job boards, professional social networks (Linkedin) and other resources
• Sourcing and screening CVs, emailing
• Chatting with potential candidates
• Conducting interviews in English and Russian with candidates all across the world
• Keeping statistics and reporting
