Information about the position

Your main responsibilities in the team will be:

• Analyze, install, test, and implement operation of AIX/Linux operating system, IBM SW products (ACE/Websphere, LDAP), infrastructure.
• The focus is the operation of AIX/Linux system and the administration of IBM SW ACE/WAS, LDAP.
• Based on user requirements and monitoring outputs, analyze requirements for HW and SW needs and recommend upgrades or new solutions.
• Install and manage new SW agents on systems.

Requirements for the employee

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in the field.
• Experience installing AIX/LINUX OS – monitoring, troubleshooting and problem isolation.
• Experience with system monitoring and data backup/restore tools.
• Experience with deployment, monitoring and support of IBM SW products (ACE/Websphere, IBM LDAP).
• Shell scripting.
• B2 level technical English.
• Openness to change, willingness to learn new things (Cloudera, Openshift, Bigdata).
• Responsible, non-conflicting and proactive approach to work.
• Willingness to work on standby 24/7.
