1.Job Description
As Wyzoo’s Data R&D champion, you will scale our predictive features ability. In this role you will be responsible for developing & maintaining our decisioning framework to analyze data efficiently and meaningfully, make data source assessments and use them to align and report on data quality and integrity of complex datasets. You will produce clear, statistically rigorous analyses of complex datasets to be delivered and understood by marketing professionals & business users. You will get to explore new datasets to drive advanced segmentation and campaign effectiveness analyses.
This pivotal role supports our ability to expand our capabilities and intelligence tools to our customers. You are the right person for the role if you can easily translate complex analyses and data insights to non-technical stakeholders, are inquisitive and tenacious in your approach to finding solutions for current datasets and able to iterate as needed, and have a strong desire to learn new skills and technical approaches as you advance your career in data science.

•Ability to effectively interface with clients/vendors
•English proficiency - Effective written & verbal communication
•Ability to communicate complex analyses to non-technical audiences; distill technical approaches to “easy to understand” messaging
•Ability to establish & maintain frameworks
3. Knowledge/Experience
•Ability to access data (FTP, Amazon AWS: EC2, S3, etc.)
•Adept at SQL queries, report writing and presenting findings
•Practical experience visualizing complex datasets (R/ggplot, Python/matplotlib, SAS/Tableau, Excel, etc.)
• Meaningful experience writing Python dataframe queries is a plus
4. Education
• Higher education; Bachelor’s degree completed or in process
5. The salary is determined by the results of the interview.
