Project description:
After six successful years of success in Kharkiv, Dev-Pro is opening three new offices: in Kiev, Lviv and Dnipro. To grow our team as fast as we can with highly professional talents who will fit our culture, we’re looking for a Marketing Specialist who will focus on HR Marketing for Dev-Pro. You will create online and offline marketing strategy to promote Dev-Pro to potential candidates, as well as to attract participants to our events.



You will contribute to Dev-Pro's success by establishing and managing long-term relationships with partners and promoting our external events. You will work on email marketing with our large base of contacts, lead Google AdWords promotional campaigns, and collaborate with designers and creative agencies and other external partners on offline promotional activity for Dev-Pro recruiting. You will collaborate closely with HR, public relations specialists, and event and recruiting teams.


Role description:
• Brainstorm and execute new ideas for online and offline promotion of the Dev-Pro HR brand
• Find creative ways to help the recruiting team hire even more highly professional talent
• Actively participate in the development strategy of Dev-Pro presence at different events, platforms online and offline
• Drive online communication with our base of contact by MailChimp
• Create, execute and analyze Google AdWords campaigns
• Prepare different reports on projects, KPI'-s, and events measurement etc.


Required skills:
• Master’s Degree with a minimum of 1-2 years’ work experience
• Interest in HR branding
• Proven experience using marketing tools channels to distribute the organization’s content, attract new leads, and drive website traffic
• Proven experience creating successful marketing campaigns
• Very strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to adjust content to remain consistent with brand, style, and tone
• Intermediate Level English
• Curiosity and creativity
• Expertise in Google Analytics
