Solid Software is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team.

We have gained one of the greatest expertise in Flutter mobile & web engineering in Ukraine since early 2018. Now we`re happy to increase our team with a new marketing professional with a passion for constant learning and improvement.
It’s time for us to build strong marketing campaigns together!

The position will provide an excellent chance to take responsibility for the implementation, performance and success of the marketing strategy as well as for the long-term development of the company.

What will you do?

• Development and implementation of the marketing strategy to promote the Solid Software brand;
• Performing marketing analysis, market investigation, trends research, and audit;
• Own and work with our corporate website: case study, content writing, SEO;
• Promote company events (online & offline). Create separate landing pages if required;
• Manage company’s social media pages;
• Support client marketing activities and employer brand promotion;
• Track marketing KPIs and measure ROI;
• Assisting with corporate merch and visual publicity

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as Marketing Manager or similar positions;
• At least 1 year in IT outsourcing industry;
• Good understanding of IT specifics and terminology;
• English level: at least Intermediate;
• Experience in running marketing research and using MarTech tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs, Hotjar, Search Console, SEMRush, CRM etc.);
• Digital Marketing (SMM, SEO, SERM, SEM, е-mail marketing) experience;
• Content writing experience;
• Experience with case study creation;
• Experience in building a marketing strategy and action plans;
• Experience with ROI measurements;
• Result-oriented, proactive, and ambitious person;
• Analytical mindset

Would be a plus:

• Copywriting experience;
• Experience in the creation of landing pages;
• Experience in working with Webflow;
• Bachelor/ Master’s degree in Marketing, BA, IT or related field;
• Advanced level of Google search
