Particles Global is the IT startup which provides outsourcing services, focused on the markets of Europe, the USA and Australia.
We are looking for a Middle IT Recruiter to join our team of professionals.
Must have skills:- 2+ years of experience in full-cycle IT recruiting
- Experience with sourcing tools, working knowledge of various sourcing techniques and processes to attract qualified candidates
- Understand the industry and constantly learn about current trends, changes
- Willingness to multitask and process large amounts of information
- Skills in data collection and analytics
- Strong written and communication skills
- Sociable, stress-resistant
- Intermediate or higher level of English
It will be a plus if you have:
- Social activity in tech communities and on Facebook, LinkedIn
Responsibilities
- Participating in all stages of recruitment: searching for specialists, conducting interviews, organizing all subsequent stages
- Create ideal candidate profiles, identify targets, and source candidates; write compelling and informative job descriptions
- Collaborate with client groups to understand their hiring needs and goals
- Search for candidates using various sources and tools, selecting online/offline channels to create candidate funnels
- Interviewing candidates, provide feedback, and build the relationship
- Drive offer process — including extending offers, closing candidates, and generating offer letters
- Monitoring and analysis of the labor market
- 10% of the time HR tasks (can be)
