Опис вакансії

We are looking for a person with:

Electromechanical engineer or engineering
Advanced english
Experience in automotive, electronic industry, other
Experience from 2 years in position
Identify improvement opportunities in workstation ergonomics, line balance, rearranging job duties, material flow, line configuration, jig and automation design etc.
Implement and evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability.
Prepare justification, purchase and implement capital equipment for production.
Oversee new process equipment production.
Establish robust, repeatable and reproducible process parameters.
Trouble shoot process related issues.
Participate to activities pertaining to cycle time and process improvements.
Implement statistical process analysis on new and existing products.
Review processing methods.
Implement safety, improve manufacturing techniques .
Provide continuous development of manufacturing techniques that will improve in-house capabilities.
Develop and maintain process documentation (PFMEA, PF, WIs, etc.)
Interface with production of all activities associated with new process implementation and transfer (training providing).
Provide equipment maintenance and repair support as required.
Setup and maintenance documentation development.
Lead cost improvement/reduction programs.
Problem solving and leading techniques.
DL HC configuration study and DL utilization/productivity improvement
Identify improvement opportunities in workstation ergonomics, line balance, rearranging job duties, material flow, line configuration, jig and automation design etc.
Line configuration & capacity confirmation
Layout&material flow optimization and space management
Drive Continuous Improvement in capacity plan and capacity optimization
User of AutoCAD (3D modeling as plus)
Knowledge of Kanban system — will be as plus.
