OFFICE SITE-MANAGER POSITION

IN MAJOR INTERNATIONAL CORPORATE ACCOUNT OFFICE

FRB (Integrated Facility Management Provider) is looking for a new colleague to become a valuable part of FRB Facility Management Team at our corporate client office space.

Legal full time employment is with FRB. Actual constant place of work in the office of our international client, located in professional Business Center (28-A, S. Bandera Avenue, Petrivka district).

We welcome smart, energetic, experienced and open face new friend to our team for long term mutual work. Our new colleague will operate as site-manager within normal working hours (9.00-18.00).

Knowledge of English is the must (advanced written and spoken level): telephone conversations, face to face meetings, translation of the texts, letters. We’ll request a colleague to present the knowledge of English during interview process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organization and control of the office cleaning process.
  • Organization of the work of the reception and ensuring the process of work of the office of managers and control the performance of their official duties.
  • Coordination of work with suppliers (taxi, courier services, archiving of documents, Ukrposhta, order of railway / air tickets). Drawing up and signing contracts with suppliers.
  • Control of the technical condition of the office, organization of repair work.
  • Solving personnel issues at the site: replacing staff due to sickness or vacation, interviewing recruitment of new staff.
  • Order and purchase of detergents and other household chemicals necessary for maintenance of cleanliness and proper functioning of the office.
  • Organization of kitchen work in the office. Ordering and purchasing necessary food products. Control of the product warehouse of the office
  • Maintaining the necessary documentation (accounts, acts of performed works, contracts).
  • Order, purchase for office stationery. Control of their distribution and issuance.
  • Writing reports for management and accounting department.
  • Organization of events in the office (office decoration, catering organization, choosing and purchasing of gifts).

Main skills and abilities:

Excellent communication skills;

Advance use of computer;

Advance level of working in Excel/ Power Point;

Ability to effectively work in multi task environment during the working day

Salary package: 20 000,00 UAH per working month.
