QA Specialist

Role Overview:

We are looking for a QA Specialist for a one-time project to review and test the Wiply platform. The role includes performing manual and automated testing, identifying bugs, testing usability and performance across devices, and delivering a detailed QA report with findings and recommendations for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Testing & Quality Assurance
  • Conduct comprehensive manual testing of the Wiply platform across web and mobile devices.
  • Develop and execute automated test scripts to ensure repeatable and reliable coverage.
  • Test for usability, responsiveness, and performance across various browsers and devices.
  • Identify, document, and prioritize bugs and inconsistencies in a clear, actionable format.
  • Reporting & Recommendations
  • Deliver a detailed QA report summarizing test coverage, findings, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the product and development teams to clarify requirements and address issues.
  • Advise on improvements to QA processes, tools, and test coverage for future releases.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a QA Engineer or QA Specialist testing web/mobile applications.
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing.
  • Familiarity with performance and cross-browser/device testing.
  • Experience with bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and test automation frameworks.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality, detailed reports with actionable insights.
  • Availability for a one-time, project-based engagement.
