Job Title - Fullstack Developer (Mid and Senior Level Required)
Reporting to: Principal Developer
Remuneration: $40k - $60k USD (Gross salary i.e. inclusive of taxes, insurances etc.)
Location: Home based (office desk available if required)
You have experience:
● Languages: Typescript (mandatory) and Rust/Python (preferred)
● Frameworks: React, NodeJS (mandatory)
● Platforms: AWS Serverless (Preferred) / Cloud experience (mandatory)
● Experience in Agile & DevOps cultures
● High level English language skills (working in an English speaking environment)

About the product:
The product is a 100% proprietary, student management system and workflow automation tool,
designed specifically for international student recruitment. The product is used by a large
number of universities/institutions in the UK and 1000’s of students and recruitment agents
around the world.
About you:
You like working in a fast paced, product driven environment using the latest technologies to
build products that help people.
You like working in a small team where you share responsibility for the product and help each
other to get better at what you do each day. You can work independently, but also manage to
communicate ideas and problems well in a remote setup.
You are interested in emerging technologies, but also pragmatic about when to introduce them
and when to use existing tools to get the job done.
You are comfortable working with cloud infrastructure and a microservice architecture.
You want to work somewhere where your code matters, every line of it, and want to work in an
environment where you can learn to write better code and help others write better code.
Working environment
The company is a distributed workforce allowing you to work from home. The team is based
primarily in the UK and mainland Europe.
