About us:
Frontier Operations is a security and project operations company specialising in complex and high-risk environments. Frontier Operations provide a 24/7 operational capability providing situational awareness, risk management and coordination for our clients.
About the role:
The SOA will be the eyes and ears of our operations, providing a constant safety and communication contact for our clients and ground teams. You will be constantly reviewing the safety of our team and clients, and the general situation of Ukraine, providing internal reports and updates and informing our external reports. You will be working in a professional and friendly team with responsibility and visibility across a variety of sectors.
The role is based in our Operations Centre in Kyiv and there will be various shifts including days, nights, and weekends subject to operational requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Continuous tracking and monitoring of our clients and ground teams in UA
- Supporting the operations team with planning and coordinating tasks
- Coordinating and escalating incidents in line with incident management procedures
- Assisting Project Managers with project support tasks
- Collating and analysing information and updates in real time
- Providing administrative support to the Operations team.
- Providing written reports, updates and briefings
Candidate requirements:
Essential
- High level of both written and verbal English and Ukrainian languages
- Ability to work alone without supervision and to work cohesively as part of a team
- Self-discipline and reliability
- Mature approach to problem solving
Desirable
- Familiar with OSINT platforms and techniques (training will be provided)
- Experience working in an Operations room environment
